Title: Chlorine/chloramine in yeast starter

I was just putting a starter together for the weekend and it occurred to me that I never treat my starter water. I usually throw some Campden into my brewing water, but never when I'm building a starter. Would there be enough chlorine/chloramine in a 2l starter to make any significant impact on a 20l batch?
