Title: McGargles Francis big bangin IPA
Post by: Covey on May 26, 2016, 11:30:31 PM
Havin tried other brews from these guys picked this up. To be honest  I really thought they were poor at best. I have to say this is a cracking hoppy beer...in fact it's one best Irish commercially bottled beers I've ever tasted. Citrusy Hops are front loaded with a resiny not overly bitter aftertaste with caramel carpet. Well done for coming back with a cracker. A serious contender for best Irish double IPA

I picked up 3 bottles for 9 in SuperValu recently, the first one wasn't anything like I remembered it , the second one was, amazing aroma and taste have yet to try the third one, I should've checked if they were different batches.

Fair enough. It's only one bottle. I've never done the bcjjgghy course but I'm think I'm getting loads of Simcoe in this  Am I right?

After reading this thread today I grabbed a couple of these. Pretty well done in fairness.
