Title: Hello fellow home brewers from Co Kerry
Post by: davebhoy1975 on May 29, 2016, 11:10:49 AM
I hope your all doing well.
I've been brewing a couple of years now and I'm almost getting the hang of it.
I currently have some mango wheat beer(bottles)
A dry hopped amber ale (19ltr keg) and the remains of a
Double dry hopped porter (5ltr keg) as well as 21ltr of
Irish red ale sitting in a secondary fermenter.

My next batch will be a fat yak clone using cascade gelana and Nelson Sauvins (if I can get them).
Is any one else brewing in county Kerry ?

Spent last night at the Killarney beer fest so I'm off now for some coffee.

Happy brewing to you all.

Hey Dave

I'm from kerry and it's where I do my brewing. Don't get home that often though as I work in Dublin or abroad. I mainly brew sours and big beers I can age now.

I was thinking of trying to get a Kerry club together but not many seem to be brewing down here.
