Beware of the mead bombs. I just checked 8-month old batch of the sweet mead. Mead is still fermenting!

I hear ya dude.. I have a demijohn of 10 month old sweet ginger mead that I was planning on bottling soon. Last week I found that it had popped its solid bung. I'd removed the airlock a couple of months ago because I was short of an airlock for beer. Any meads I have in the shed I'm going to leave them be for the summer months.
