I poked Minch on Twitter for more details of their new-ish Hook Head pale ale malt and they posted the attached.

I made an Old Ale with it. It was pretty delicious out of the fermenter...

Could you poke them again and get degrees lintner out of them?

They give the windisch-kobalch unit which you can calculate the diastatic power from. Lintner=(WK+16)/3.5, so it's 92° Lintner.
