I only recently started listening to podcasts and am working my way through Beersmith which I highly recommend.
Lots of the big names in homebrewing are in there.
Randy Mosher and others are particular advocates of BJCP and judging as this is the best way of understanding the process and ingredients.
Does any one else have a favorite podcast?
My favourite are probably the brewing network's ones. The sour hour, brewing with style and brew strong specifically. Basic brewing is pretty good too. There's a relatively new one called experimental brewing that I've listened to a few times but reserving judgement on for now.
I listen to all the same ones that Mark said. I like Jamils one on the Brewing Network. The Session is good but too long and since Justins on hiatus I don't think its as good. Brew Strong is really good too. I'd definitely go back through the archives of Brew Strong and The Jamil Show/Can You Brew It/Brewing With Style if you haven't heard them.
I've been listening to Experimental Brewing too, it has some good bits but their brewer interviews aren't half as good as The Brewing Network. I like Denny Conn though.
Basic brewing shows sometime after Xmas usually have a collection of listeners brewing disasters.
Hilarious
