Title: Y'ellow.
Post by: Konehead on July 17, 2016, 09:56:35 PM
Hello brothers and sisters,

Excited to be here.
Home brewing about a year.
Six brews in.
Each brew more complex, more equipment, better results. If I keep this up we'll have ambrosia before long!
Latest brew started as an all-grain Paulaner H-w clone that I messed around with as I had other goals with the brew (abv increase, carbonation increase).
Turned out really well, as in I didn't want to give any away! But if there was a con it had an undertone of alcohol taste, if you know what I mean.

I look forward to picking some brains and perhaps entering some amateur competitions.

Good luck people.

Welcome.
Where are you based? Lots of local clubs around the country who will happily drink your beer and give feedback.
