Title: Cannot delete your own topics in this board.

I posted a new topic on the Brewing Communities>Erne Hombrewclub sub forum. After I created the topic I wanted to delete it, however I got an error that i could not delete the topic(below). Is this by design or a permissions problem?

"You cannot delete your own topics in this board. Check to make sure this topic wasn't just moved to another board"

You can delete posts but not normally threads

If you want your thread deleted just report the first post :)
