I have just heard the shocking news of the death of Oliver Hughes. He and his cousin Liam Laharte set up the porterhouse company.  :(

Sad news, first pint of Irish craft was in the Porterhouse. Mightn't be here if he'd never helped kick start the craft beer revolution.

RIP, I have to wonder what this will mean for the Dingle distillery now.

Same here, the Oyster Stout - "what's this thing with flavour? - I want more of this", start of a lovely trek, ...
