As well as rebooting Brewers Spotlight I've also gone and done a Beer of the Week. This was a feature we used to have on the front page that involved an NHC member reviewing one of their favourite beers and giving tasting notes plus a recipe guide if possible.
This week is Brewdog's Dead Pony Club. It's appeared on draught in Derry and is a lovely pint, especially as you can have a few and still have a clear head in the morning. The missus has taken a shine to it so I'm going to attempt a clone in a few weeks too.

As always, if anyone fancies doing a Beer of the Week themselves please do get in touch. :)
I love this also. Was going to give it a bash this week.. I think im going to stick to 62 mash temp as well.
Has anyone tried to clone it yet?
If you get a chance to try the 'live' version of this at abrew dog bar I highly recommend it. I was in London recently and this was the only beer I tried more than once in one of their bars. Very tasty.

They have it at the Camden Exchange in Dublin. I agree it's great, and the missus likes it as well. From the brewdog homebrew sheets I think you'll be using a fair few €'s in hops and have to drink it fast!!!
