And there's also the beer fest in city hall this month.

I spoke to Anton in Abbott's. No problem having a meet. Just expect it to be shoulder to shoulder Fri, Sat.
He suggested starting early, say 6ish which suits me as I'm out on the sticks and can still get Iarnród home.

Say Fri 9th for Abbott's?

GIBF in City Hall is 22-24Sept, plenty of time to recover!

New brewer here to the area out by Douglas and looking for a willing homebrew club to test the safety of my latest concoctions on! All grain brewing now for a year with a stout and winter ale for the meet.

Is there anyone in Douglas I can drop off my beers with for the meet? Have to get back for training so don't think I can hang around for it.

Might just drop them in at 6 with a label about each, say hi and leave soon enough after, have plenty more brews planned for the next few weeks....

Um, that's a half hour ahead of everyone.
The staff are expecting us, so should not be a problem.

Oh great timing  ;D I'm in Cork this week for the GCB exam course and brought some samples down of a brew. I never managed to share samples among the class so I can bring them with me this evening! A porter with a bit of oak smoked wheat.

Great meeting ye all, would I be classed as a Rebel brewer for a day?! High standard lads, Shamek's imperial stouts were immense.

I'll just leave this here ;) http://bit.ly/2bVmo8C
