I have a biab setup, and have always used Biabacus, which I find very useful. But I downloaded the trial version of Beersmith a few weeks ago, was impressed and decided to purchase.
So went to purchase from within the program, and followed the links there. Knew there was a club discount, and thought there would be a chance to put it in somewhere, but ended up paying the full amount through PayPal.
So straight away sent of an email, wondering if they could sort something (was a very light hearted, self berating mail) . Forgot about it, and then this evening Brad Smith sends an email, offering to refund the difference.
He didn't have to, but nice that he engaged.

It's funny even though he is a big mover and shaker in the US homebrew world and has a million things coming at him he always has time to sort out the smaller stuff
