Very interesting bit on page 8 -
When rehydrating, do not use chlorinated water or it will kill the yeast.
All the more reason to treat your water with a campden tablet beforehand (1/2 tablet for 25L is adequate).

But are you not rehydrating with boiled and cooled water? That will drive off the chlorine
