Due to our previous meeting venue Hollands, deciding they no longer want to sell craft beer anymore* & closing their great off-licence ???, we are moving down the road to
Location: The Harbour Bar, 1 Strand Road, Bray (opposite the harbour)
Date: Thursday 10th November @ 8.00pm
Any new members welcome, open to all.
Come on in for an evening of talking & tasting everything homebrewed.
If you have some brews you want to bring along for tasting, 2 x 500mL should do.
Cost: Free

* the aul trendsetters, sure what would they want with a sector that's only growing >20% pa 8)
In fairness, they did try hard to keep us there - "we'll have Blue Moon & sure if you want we could get 'one' extra beer in especially for you" ;)
& a mention of something else along the tracks of '... all the free stuff they give us, don't you know..."

I mean I haven't been there in ages but its where I bought most of my first proper beers. I'll miss it.

Well I have been to some weird venues and meets around the country and met with some weird folks but the snug in the Harbour Bar which could best be described as Granny's living room complete with livestock is truly a first.
