Title: Apples getting scarce
Post by: guest1906 on November 03, 2016, 09:01:51 PM
Hi Guys

I'm finding it hard now to source apples to make cider from them, so far to date I have pressed up to 300 litres of juice. Is this the usual amount members press or have I gone a little overboard?

Pressing that volume of apples is one thing getting the blend of apple variety right for good cider is something totally different.
