Title: Dublin Newbie
Post by: SprocketFuel on November 05, 2016, 09:10:57 AM
Guess It's time for a little intro.

I'm Ste, From NCD
Recently started my first brew, Well 2 in one day.

A Razorback IPA for me and On The Rocks Pear Cider for herself.
Nearly think i started at the wrong time of year I've space in the shed for a few fermentors but had to bring both brews in to the kitchen as they seemed to be just that little too cold
Without you guys even know I've learnt so much from this forum reading through many, many, many threads.

I'm thinking I'll be sticking with kits for a while as i just dont have the space for an all grain set up.

Welcome along.
We all started with kits and they are a great way of getting the basics of fermentation, temperature and hygiene right. Capital lads meet in Kavanagh's every now and again and we good bunch for advice try and make it to one of their meets.

I assume "NCD" is North County?

The local club for the North County meets in Swords and Malahide bi-monthly I believe, head along to those meets, or if Capital would be handier then check out the WJ Kavanagh meet (every second month, every other month is somewhere Southside).

Welcome to brewing, it's great.
