Title: Sweetening Group Buy Apple Juice

Does anyone have experience back sweetening with juice kept aside from the batch? How much would I keep aside?

Its really a mater of choice given the finished cider and how sweet the juice is.

Freeze 5 or 10% (in lire bottles)of the juice then in say 6 months time thaw out a litre.

Take 100 mL of Aj and add 5 mL juice - taste

Keep adding until you are happy. If you run out of juice then just buy some good commercial AJ.

If you have some left over, just thaw out a bottle and enjoy the juice!

Cheers Will. Thinking now it would probably be easier to just sweeten with quality store bought as you say. Don't have the freezer room for a couple of litres!
