This has probably been asked a million times but a quick search didn't show what I'm looking for.
I started a Festival Razorback IPA on Oct 29th, I've moved it to a secondary FV last week after dry hopping for 5 days. Plan is to bottle it on sunday but I'm picking up a mini keg system next friday. Since moving it to the second FV I've not moved the beer or opened the lid. Will it be ok sitting for an other week so i can keg it rather than bottle?
I'm very new to brewing, started two kits on the same day and have already bottled the cider i made for my wife, this one is the important one as its for me so dont want to ruin it
Absolutely fine to leave it for another week or two. If the dry hops were still in there then you can sometimes get grassy flavours if left more than 7 days but all grand if you added the dry hops to the primary FV.
