Title: Fire in the Salmon Leap pub last night
Post by: admin on November 25, 2012, 02:49:30 PM
A landmark and one of Ireland's old pubs, once run by Arthur Guinness's brother, and a pub I had notions of turning into a brew pub.

Roof is still intact but all the windows are broken and there is visible smoke damage inside.

The place has been closed for the last 2 years, so there was always a risk that some ill would befall it.

Maybe an NHC group buy to buy it, do it up, and make beer in it? :)
