Post by: rje66 on November 28, 2016, 03:27:50 PM
Hi . I have a few  a Different wines on the go from last year. Most are in djs some moved to bottlles. My question is when im blending and moving into bottles am i risking oxidiasation each time i handle the wine. I always fill up to the neck once bottled.

Yep big squirt of c02 into receiving vessel as I do with beer from FV to kegs and first 100ml from siphon into a separate glass for discarding, sorry I mean tasting  ??? :P
Its only smallfry stuff but better to have good practices than sloshing around.
