QuoteI miss my Pedi :(

Used to drink Pedi in the Station Hotel in Ashton-u-Lyne mid 80's, ( NE M/Cr )

Facts about Pedi:

Drink 2 or 3 pints on Saturday lunch time, go home and watch sport: No Problem

Drink 4 or 5 pints on Saturday lunch time, go home and watch sport: Crashing Skull Ache   :'(

Drink 6 or more pints on Saturday lunch time, go home and crash/watch sport: No Problem

Any way it was the love of Pedi that got me trying to recreate it at home.

Not bad, but certainly not Marston's Pedi.

However SWMBO who was now drinking beer in Europe decide that it tasted much more like German/Dutch/Belgian beers and she loved it.

So thats how it all (re)started for me.

First ever home-brew was done in school in 1969
