Title: Chinook and Mardarin Bavaria

I've got 30g each of these, how would they work together dry hopped in a stout or black IPA, do you think?

The varieties you have would work perfectly well in a black IPA, but you'll need a lot more than 60g as it's usually a heavily hopped style.

Simple pale ale....I've done it and it's simple but nice...
