Getting a stainless steel fermenter, most likely a SS brewtech one, but then I saw this http://www.themaltmiller.co.uk/index.php?_a=viewProd&productId=2458 I only do 25L batches though.

Only trouble is I also have a numbered rare bottle of Jack Daniels that was brought directly from Tennessee and every time I think of opening it,it kind of looks at me to say that its not a special occasion so just have the regular stuff now. :(

Last time I used my with recirculation it got about 26 liters from boiling to 20 degrees in 9 minutes.

I am building a dual chamber fermentation fridge at the moment going to either use brewpi with two arduinos or craftbeerpi to control the chambers, or build a retro pi console

I got a pi as well. Seems popular this chrimbo. I've set it up as a arcade emulator, media server and with rasbian.

Designing Great Beers and American Sour Beers, two books I probably should have bought myself ages ago. I've read the first couple of chapters from DGB, looks to have some great information in it.
Also got some nice new glassware and also a few different beers from Blacks in Kinsale, my sister in-law lives down that way.
