Title: Southern Cheers!
Post by: brazune on January 06, 2017, 11:04:33 AM
Hi all

I've been brewing between Portugal and Ireland for about 3 years now. My good friend Mick introduced me to this group and I'm eager to share experiences.
Did the usual down the slope progress: started with kits, moved to BIAB with an electric kettle and, since last summer, I've been doing great brews in a Grainfather. Now just ordered a couple of kegs and 2 old chest freezers to make my beer lounge shed dream come true!

Cheers!

Depending on where the brewing's happening, either Naas or Costa da Caparica (small town just south of Lisbon). :)
