Hi all.
Iam totally new to brewing but have loads of experience i the food industry, where do i begin? my aim would be to have my own beer bottled for xmas... ipa ale blonde..

Hi grayjon. Where are you based? If you are near one of the Irish homebrew stores you could call in and have them advise you on their best starter sets. You can buy a kit and be drinking your beers from a bottle within the next 6 weeks, nevermind xmas. Plenty of tasty IPA, Pale and Blonde kits around that will get you started. Best of luck with it.

Your welcome. If it's next Christmas then a 10%ABV Russian imperial stout your only man.

haha.. i meant have a good quality brew by then!!
im in westport. there is some difference in pricing of brew kits..
quite baffling for some who only likes drinking it!!
