Title: Caveat Emptor on Cheap Taps
Post by: Leann ull on January 26, 2017, 02:58:38 PM
I have a few of these fellas now I use for parties dispensing outside straight out of the keg and meant to post what I saw a while back

I've noticed with all the cheaper ones are really not going the distance when it comes to wear and tear and cleaning, don't use anything really nasty just stripped a w5 soak, then spray with SS and a rinse in warm water

In contrast to its newer intertap brother or the Ceilli taps which have seen similar use

So to conclude if you are on the hunt for corny taps I wouldn't be recommending the cheap 25$ ones you buy on Ali that include a disconnect.
Definitely a case of "I got what I paid for"
