Got out my shiny new ph meter when brewing over the weekend only to find out I needed distilled water to calibrate it. Also I had no storage solution, only buffer powder.
Does anyone have any advice on where to pick this up? I think Halfords do distilled water for engines which I imagine would work. Though I do remember it smelling weirdly like pot pourri...
Have a read through original thread or you tube you can make it easy enough
Cheers John, just ordered some storage solution from grow shop. I see you mentioned using distilled water, do you buy it or make it by collecting stream from boiling water. I see you can do it with a pot and some ice

Yeah was reading about those on Jim's recently ☹️
If you're looking for distilled water, check Halfords. They have 5L drums for battery top ups.

Yeah may just buy some of that to be honest, did you get a weird smell off it? Suppose that doesn't really matter if you're just using it for calibration
No weird smell that I noticed anyway
