Title: Intro
Post by: Ibecake on February 21, 2017, 08:08:42 PM
Hey Ciaran from Cork originally Kildare. Was consistently brewing a few years back all extracts. Dipping my toe in again but going straight to all grain (BIAB). Just finished Keggle and Brewpi Fermentation Chamber. So ready to rock with first BIAB. Researching recipes right now for ordering this weekend open to suggestions.

Howya Cake?

Check out the discounts in the members section. Lots of the home brew stores will give you a 5% discount using the codes listed.

I've got a brewpi myself, they are the dogs. Good luck with the maiden brew!

I was thinking of a Belgian wit but not sure about messing about with coriander and orange zest for a first effort.

I've no experience with Belgian Wit beer so maybe someone else on here can offer up some advice.

Good luck with brew #1 ... bring some bottles to my house next time you're up these parts!
