So we got this at brew con, and I decided to give it a go. Has anybody used it before? if so is it good?

Hi Pat,
These are brand new so bar our website and:
http://www.bulldogbrews.co.uk/
there is very little info yet. Hence me posting here.

The best advise I can give is to treat the B5 like US-05. And the B4 like S-04.

Was going to ask the exact same question.  Will probably try the B5 at the weekend.

So I have run this through 2 IPAs now and I quite like it its a bit cleaner on the hops than S05 I guess similar to WLP001, first one I fermented at 17 turned out very clean. the second one there was a error with my controller and it hit 22 for about 10 hours, Is exceptionally fruity not horrible but defiantly keep it low if you want that really clean flavor.
