Interesting that article implies a valuation of the porterhouse group to be €2.1m - €2.4m...

Not necessarily. It also refers to €15m which probably a bit racey. I'd imagine that with 2 disputing camps the number lies somewhere in between. Exactly where though is a different story.

15m was the property valuation for their London property apparently...
