Great summer weather for all those ciders 8)
Great night last night some really nice examples of great stouts and an outstanding weissbier even if I am not gone on banana. The comparisons of the beers & cider were interesting too giving me an appreciation of some of the subtleties of yeast, temperature & process. Best thing was no hang over. Beers of the night were the stouts even if they were made sans blackmalt or roasted barley 😃.

Dare I say back to the future :) The stouts & weiss were very well executed even if my preference is for a roastier stout and a more phenolic weiss. Being able to compare the different ciders was very instructive as well.
