Really happy with it. Lovely brown / batch bread crust flavor and aroma.
Yeast I was very surprised with. Decent English profile and flocks very clear.
Could easily see this one being permanently on draft.
With slight dilution this beer scored a 44 in today's north county brewers low abv comp.
First place overall. :)
'Twas a lovely brew. Really surprised by the yeast as well - those bulldog yeasts are very interesting.
What temp did you pitch and ferment at? Use much aeration?
