Title: Unusual beer

Just wondering what is the most unusual beer / ingredients anyone has brewed before and how did it turn out?

Not so simples!!

A few years ago in Leiden, Holland, in the summer we were drinking an "Appfel Weissen": This is a Hefe Weissen cut with a really GREEN apple cider. Delicious.

I have recreated it somewhat; Make 5 gallons of a good HW.
Drink half a barrel, then add 12 L of sharp AJ, leave alone for a month then as Sid James would say "Carry On"

So for a really way out beer wait till AFD
