I was packing away my gear following a brew the other day, when the thought hit me that people might find it useful seeing other folks' setup.
So I'll start the ball rolling and hopefully this will encourage others to follow.

The large silver thing is a Burco Cygnet 30L Tea urn. This is used as both a mash tun and boiler. They're around 70 quid new on Amazon and I've done over 30 brews it to date and she's still going strong. I do 17L batches (for reasons I'll go in to later), so the Burco is perfect for this.
My brewing method is no-sparge BIAB, meaning ALL the required water for the brew goes in at the start. When the grains are pulled out and the bag strained after the mashing stage, the remaining wort is boiled and cooled according to the recipe and this leaves me with around 18 or so litres for fermenting.
So, why 17L? Well firstly I find it a nice manageable batch size. You don't spend months getting through it, and means I can brew different recipes more frequently. Also, my brewing is limited to weeknights, so with 17L I can get through the whole process in less than 5 hours.
But the main reason for the 17L batch size is that all my brews are fermented in Corny Kegs. Cornys only have 19l capacity, so 18L of wort for a 17L batch is about the maximum amount you can realistically get in there. I also ferment under pressure using a spuding valve attached to the gas in of the corny and set to keep the pressure at around 20psi. This means that the beer is naturally carbonated by the CO2 created during the fermentation process.

Fermentation happens in the temperature-controlled fermentation chamber, which I hacked together with some shelving, some leftover sheets of Kingspan insulation, a 60w heating tube, stc 1000 and a cheapo usb desk fan.
At the end of fermentation I use CO2 from the tank to drive the finished beer directly from the fermentation keg to a serving keg through PVC tubing. Advantages of this is that the fermented wort doesn't see the light of day until it hits the glass and, more importantly, does not come into contact with any oxygen, so the beer can stay fresher for longer. Also, it makes kegging a dawdle.

The resulting beer, once conditioned, is served from a keggerater.

Damn you Bazza I've literally just hit "buy now" on a 30ltr water boiler. My PET one just never filled me with any confidence (didn't help the original power cable melted the first time I used it).
@Qs - Do you trust those glass shelves to hold your S/S fermenter!
Some nice shiny stuff there, Qs. Cheers for the pics.
You're the current winner of the 'who's got the most impressive keggerator' competition :)

Haha. Always happy to take the blame for such purchases. Good luck with the new boiler. You'll not go far wrong with it.

I've had them on it before. I've got a cut off of a bit of 1x2 in there with a few layers of cardboard for added support. I've always been a little worried about it but I've put plenty of beer on it and its never budged (touch wood). At some stage I want to build a properly supported wooden stand in it but I keep putting it on the long finger.
I'll show my gear off in the next week or so when i do a brew day, but regarding the glass shelves in the fridge

They're just standard JG fittings with 3/8 to 3/16 reducers on them, very small bit of 3/8 line between them. I much prefer the 3/16 line for limiting the flow rate, especially if I've stuff on with higher carbonation.
Heres a better pic of them
(http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v507/darqs/Mobile%20Uploads/20171001_103158.jpg)
Never seen them threaded to a tap before.. Where did you pick them up.. I had a disaster a few weeks past when beer line popped inside my kegerator.. Full 20L Of expensive ipa all gone
I originally got 2 of them on the group buy here a couple of years ago, got the other ones I think from https://www.kegkingdom.co.uk/
I had a similar situation with some JG fittings a few months ago too as they'd just worn away, not quite a full keg lost but plenty of mess. I'm expecting these to last longer, when I first started kegging I'd a few accidents that I think took their toll on the fittings.
Great find Qs. Must source a few.
Yeah, that's the weak point in my setup too; the back of the taps. Any sort of slight excess pressure on the kegs and you're staring at a puddle in the morning.
When the first thing you can smell when you walk into your garage is beer, you know there's never a happy ending.

They give us 5% off too. Codes in the members area.
Here are some pics of my set up for your viewing pleasure. Its taken me a while to put it all together and I'm sure its not all finished. Its based on the electric brewery and I took inspiration from Dempsey for the mash tun and Ciderhead for the herms pot.

My fermentation fridge is controlled by an stc 1000 and can hold two carboys and a shelf of bottles. I was hoping those carboys would have more in them but I only got 33 litres from the batch instead of 40. I'm still getting used to my system this was the third batch I've done on it, a homebrew company double ipa kit, well two of them.

Thanks John, I think they are working now?
Working for me anyway. I love that brewery, so much more high tech than my pot and cooler but yet still basins, crates, funnels, etc
love the funnel catching the condensation drips from the extractor fan
Damo, take note

Great find Qs. Must source a few.
Yeah, that's the weak point in my setup too; the back of the taps. Any sort of slight excess pressure on the kegs and you're staring at a puddle in the morning.
When the first thing you can smell when you walk into your garage is beer, you know there's never a happy ending.

The mash tun is also a keg with 50mm insulation board stuck to outside and then old tongue and groove boards as a finish. It also drains from the hole of the spear. The false bottom is the bottom of the keg with a ton of holes drilled in it. That was a fun project.

There is just the 50mm insulation cut into long strips and stuck to the keg with tec7. I used expanding foam to fill the small gaps between the strips then cut off the excess and stuck the boards to the insulation with tec7.
Here's a couple of pics of the insulation, I don't have any with the boards off.

Loving these pictures, guys. Keep them coming. I've already identified at least 2 improvements to my own setup so far.
Being met by the afore-mentioned puddle in the garage this morning helped in the decision making >:(

Hi everybody!
That's the only pics I have of my setup, I will have better ones next brew day.
There's one aluminum mash pot (50L) with false bottom and sparge, and one stainless steel HLT/boiler kettle (66L). I use one of the fermentation buckets as an auxiliary recipient for the sparge.
I only use one three-ring gas burner.
The liquid is pumped by a magnetic stainless steel pump.
I have two 32lt fermentation buckets (like the blue one in the first pic) and another 60lt bucket.
All the beer is bottle conditioned.

When I move to the island next year I think instead of bags I will carry my pots with all my clothes inside!

Took a few shots of brewing at the weekend. I use a grainfather and a 3V setup, depending on what and how much I'm brewing. This one is using the Grainfather.
Grain storage in the brew room - a simple IKEA kitchen unit that was in the house when we bought :D
(https://i.imgur.com/ery1FEx.jpg)
Milling happens in a different room, as I don't want the dust in the same room as bottling and fermenting - it's full of crap! Mill straight into the grainfather basket to keep things neat and tidy, or into a BIAB for the MT if using the 3V. Either way, I underlet the mash so again there's no dust and mess in the brew room.
The main picture then shows the main brewroom with everything setup, with the grainfather in operation and using my BK for the sparge water heating.
The 3V setup is powered by an Ardbir. I also kept the electrics in a separate box on the ground, with 2 SSR's and a simple relay for the pumps. Depending on what I want to control, I connect up either the HLT or the BK, each of which have 2 elements, one 2.5kW, one 1.5kW - good enough to hold a strong rolling boil on 45L of wort. There's a lot more detail on this in the Equipment forum where I posted the full build from start to finish. http://www.nationalhomebrewclub.ie/forum/equipment-chemicals/ardbir-(formally-brewpi-spark)-herms-build/
(https://i.imgur.com/0tVdpPA.jpg)
Finally the last pic shows the fermentation chamber, controlled by a BrewPi, with one of the 50L fermenters from a recent groupbuy. I use it for both 20L and 50L batches. The tap on the bottom is dead handy for gravity filling a keg.

Molc milling grain indoors is a no no in my opinion, the grain is covered in spores, bacteria and fungus and is generally very unhealthy. I would take it outside in future and mill there. Besides the milling process generates loads of flour and over time this will mess up your spare room.

Point!
In what way does it mess up a room? I've taken to milling in my home office lately and don't want to fuck up my computer, etc
What I did with my mill is cut a hole in an old bedsheet and put the grain mill through it, keeps all of the dust contained in the bucket.

Dust from the milled grain. But it's the nature of the grain itself having bacteria and other types of micro organisms on it like mould for example that personally I would avoid milling it in an area where I spend a lot of time. Certainly I would not mill where I cook, eat or sleep for example.

Thought I would start a thread to see what everyone is using as a brew set up. Here's mine:
Pic 1: Main brewing machine is The Grainfather with its wee coat on since I've been relegated to the garage now. Above to the left is my boiler for sparge water with the wort chiller resting above it. To the right is the stainless steel fermenter. Product placement in the middle is a temp probe and PH reader
Pic 2,3 and 4 are all close ups
Pic 5: Cooling Fridge with kegs and a few overspill bottles. Its still a working progress as I'm having a few issues with dispensing.
Pic 6: Fermenting fridge with heat pad and STC1000. The fridge works but since I've only brewed ales/porters it sits around the 18C. I hope to venture into lagers for summer 18. Hidden inbetween the fridges is the CO2 for the corny kegs.
Pic 7: A gratuitous and self indulgent pic of me and ma boy during one of our brew days.

Ah tits!
in fairness, yours is in the right section, no idea why the other one is in all grain

Merged.

Kegerator inside and outside. Gas is on the outside, fridge snuggly fits 2 stubby kegs and 2 long ones. 4 brass Intertap faucets. Sticker situation is a work in progress.

Intrigued by your IPA. Was up that way last month and had a few of the Denali beers, but not that one. Curious about the inspiration? Any reason you went for this one. I only ask as the reason I got into Homebrew was as a result of trying to hunt down and Alaskan Amber :)
So, I thought I'd chip in as well with the equipment setup.
First two pictures are the main brewing area, with the GrainFather and sparge water heater sitting above it. I attached a short piece of hose to the tap of the heater, so I can sparge directly into the Grainfather. I'll probably replace the stock tap with something controllable as you have to hold this one down to get a flow and it's all or nothing.

This is the other side of the shed, the storage and fermentation area. I made a boil kettle with the usual plastic bucket and kettle elements and while it worked, I never felt safe using it as water was only a few mm away from live terminals. I also wrestled with a roll of copper for an afternoon to make a chiller.
As I had an unexpected windfall, instead of paying bills or buying food or clothes, I decided I really needed a Grainfather, so the plastic kettle and chiller are only used occasionally now.
Above the fridge is a DIY controller using an STC1000. The heat is provided by a 1-foot tubular heater, 40W if I remember. Works great.

A close-up of the controller, as you can see by the temperature, there's something fermenting away at the moment. Hopefully it'll turn into a nice stout in time for Christmas

Finally, the most recent addition to the kit. A stirrer made from a hurl. I've never cut or drilled anything so hard as Ash before, it took ages!!

Where did you get the shelving? Looks like a really good mobile set up.
I made it from bits and pieces of 40x40 aluminium profile which I rescued from a skip. The profile is very handy to work with just cut to length making sure the cuts are square and drill a hole for the fittings, there are special fittings to tie everything together. I keep the frame and keg up stairs in the spare bedroom and can easily bring the frame down by myself (going back up is tougher going but can manage it). The width is made to just fit through the doors. Keep meaning to fit some wheel it it to make it even handier. This is like the profile I used http://www.ebay.ie/itm/40x40-Aluminium-Profile-3-x1m-Value-Pack-8mm-slot-Router-Jigs-and-Frames/272882343051?hash=item3f890e1c8b:g:sqsAAOSwuMFUiaCx (http://www.ebay.ie/itm/40x40-Aluminium-Profile-3-x1m-Value-Pack-8mm-slot-Router-Jigs-and-Frames/272882343051?hash=item3f890e1c8b:g:sqsAAOSwuMFUiaCx)
