Title: Mango Milkshake or HBC Citra pale ale
Post by: SprocketFuel on October 01, 2017, 08:54:17 PM
Picked up the HBC Citra pale ale kit the other day and thinking of playing around with it a little.

The problem is I don't know what the grain is.

I have some Lactose so was thinking of trying a milkshake IPA and add some mango to it, I picked up 1.5kg of frozen mango from aldi and have some Azecca hops in the post.

Done anybody know the grain bill for the kit? I can see its Pale and Crystal, just not sure of the amounts.
If its similar enough to other milkshake IPA recipes I've seen it might be worth a go.

Did you give this a go with the lactose?
