Anyone any experience with these things? Is this just a clear version of the fast fermenter?

Some aspects of this delight me, but others make me wake up at night in a cold sweat.

I hate it, yet I want to buy a flat for it.

Definitely one for the yeast fetishists.

You'd probably need 2 of them: One to drink from while you're looking at the other one.

I just can't see how you'd control carbonation in it. I've split a King Keg in the past; and that was supposed to have a pressure release ring in the lid.

You get the Pressure Kit for it: https://www.brewuk.co.uk/fermentasaurus-pressure.html

You could put a spunding valve on that to get exactly the pressure you want then. Would be tempting except I seriously doubt I can fit it in the fridge. I think I might be thankful for that... :D

Balls, another 45 quid? I'm oot!

Never really was in, tbh, but Christmas round the corner brings you silly thoughts like 'How can I have the wife needlessly spend her money on me this year?'

Going by reviews on here sounds like the trub & yeast don't really sink into the collecting pot so can't see it being used as a serving vessel.
