Title: Co2 suppliers Derry
Post by: SB on November 22, 2017, 11:48:55 AM
Hi all

Can anyone please tell me if there are any Co2 suppliers for use with corny kegs in the North, specifically close to Derry.

Thank you

Hey SB. I live in Inishowen and use ABC fire protection, who get fire extinguishers recharged. Now, I'm apparently the only person who does this, so I got lucky that the man was sound, but yeah, he sort of does it as a favour once a year. It's €50 a canister, so make it a big one! Might be worth giving them a call, explain, see if they can help. Or find out where they take it, and just cut out the middle man.

If you find someone better, please let me know.

Fellow inishowen brewer looking for co2 cylinder as just getting into kegging. Did you have any joy with ABC fire? Or how did you get sorted?

CO2 in Derry:

Just off the phone to Danielle at that firm in Dungannon. Office number is 04887 723 559.

Prices seem terribly reasonable, so I can only assume it's oxygen rich or something!

I'll let yous know how I get on.
