I can't bring the pale ale it's going down the drain >:( . I used Youngs Beer Finings on it and it has ruined the beer with a massive sulfur off-taste that lingers for ages.

Due to the recent revelations around club cup and the requirements to nominate 3 beers for the 'wildcard' thing, I think we need to do this at our meeting on Saturday.
So in order to prioritise the beers you feel are strongest contenders, can I as that you PM me one or two max from your entries and I'll make a list so that these get tasted first. I will compile the list on Thursday night (tomorrow) so please get back to me before then. Cheers and best of luck all.
Great day yesterday at Rye River Brewery, who were our hosts for our first meeting of 2018. Special thanks to Lofty123 for organising it.
We chose our 3 wildcard beers for the competition and tasted lots of competition beers, other homebrew and fresh beers from the brewery (super fresh Francis among them).
Also met a few new homebrewers and as usual there was lots of beer chat. Brilliant way to start the new year!
