Title: Steph from Drumcondra
Post by: frlinux on January 08, 2018, 07:58:56 PM
Greetings all,

Been in Ireland for 20 years, started brewing in April last year with SlugTrap then bought my own equipment in August and brewed a beer a month since.

I started on all grain directly, and been brewing the following so far:
August - Saison recipe from HBC
September - Stout recipe from HBC
October - IPA, own recipe
November - Stout, own recipe
December - Amber with hops, nectar clone recipe
January - Hopefully Imperial IPA

So hello to all :)

Welcome Aboard Steph,

Well starting with Slugtrap would be an excellent start to the hobby.
Capital brewers will be your local club, I think next meet is in underdog Wednesday week.

Ah nice one, thanks. I'll have to skip next week due to travels but hoping to attend February.

It's funny the way the names are assigned to your brew club made me think of Harry Potter houses picking ceremony
