We've 2 brewery trips coming up.

First of all we'll be brewing Paddy's brown Ale  in Boyne Brewhouse on the 14th. Who's coming and how much wort will you take away?

1. Helmet - not taking any

Then we'll have our monthly meeting over the border in Station Works on the 20th, what will you be bringing?

1. Helmet - smoked brown ale, American wheat, dark mild.

Title: Home distilling
Post by: johnrm on April 09, 2018, 07:20:39 AM
I'm studying brewing and distilling in CIT.
I like whiskey/spirits as well as beer.
I think the discussion, learning and resulting product in homebrew circles is amazing.
Time and time again homebrewers exceed the standard of commercial offerings by adding that one secret ingredient.
Passion.

I think home distilling is a huge untapped area that could do without Nanny state restrictions and would benefit hugely from the creativity and ingenuity of this community.
