Title: Triple Brewday
Post by: Snuff on June 03, 2018, 10:06:00 PM
Exams are over and weather forecast is great. Triple brew for bank holiday Monday!
Planning on a wheat beer and x2 California common.
Haven't been brewing for ages and it is time to get back into production.
Going to be a long day, going to be a good day.

Enjoy. Did a triple brew day a few weeks ago. It's a real commitment.
Plan ahead. Weigh out ingredients before and clean as you go. Saving hot water from cooling can be used as strike water for next Brew if your clever about it.

Was a long and successful brew day, although I will stick to the double brews from now on. Like that war movie, The Longest Day, it never seemed to end.
I like to relax and enjoy brewing but that was too much like work, hah!
Two common and a weizen are stinking up the place, so the yeast is doing the job.

I have to say, on my basic kit of converted cooler and buckets with elements, they handled everything without flaw.
