I got a nitro setup from iedepot. Plan on putting it into my new keezer over the weekend.
Anyone care to share their top tips for serving beers on nitro?
Its easier than CO2 to set up as there is no gauge adjustment.
JG Fittings will stay good owing to the higher pressure.
Very important...
Sample, sample and sample again.

What times and pressures work best?
Haven't put in too much research yet. Since I have 8 taps between keezer and kegerator I decided I might as well get the nitro going.

Oh yes there is!
You still need to have carbonated beer and adjust the pressure on the nitro reg to suit line length/temperature and all the other black magic things that Diageo know about.
As Will said there is an adjustment on nitro reg but don't do it. Carb your beer to 1.7 vol (either with priming sugar or co2) and Push with nitro.. and enjoy the cascade
One other thing I'll add... Some beers actually taste worse on nitro. When I got my nitro set up going I pushed nearly all my beers through my nitro tap (for the craic like) and some beers just weren't meant to be served on nitro.

Red ale on Nitro is my house beer, it's a good combo!

Would have thought you NEIPA boys would love your sippy juice with a nice fluffy head.

Sippy Juice .... Taking that name
Hahaha. The amount of hops and crystal in a NEIPA, it's half bloody head at the best of times!
Served in appropriate glassware
