We were talking after tonight and reckon it's time for another off flavor educational day. We've a lot of new members and would be good to show some of the big off flavors.
We are not short of funds so some education should be part of what we do at a club level.

That sounds like a great idea. What happened the last time? Did we buy a kit and a tray of shite beer? Did we do it at a meet or another day?

Great idea. Pick a quiet Saturday or Sunday morning in the Boro snug?

IIRC BJCP judges get a one off discount on the kits from BJCP. Sure that I have bought one and did Phil get the last one?
