Title: Restarting in Kerry
Post by: Criostoir on January 11, 2019, 09:18:52 PM
Hello and happy new year,

I've just started brewing again after a couple of decades off and I'm finding a lot of great information here. So thanks for that!

My first stint was back in the pre-internet days and, for me anyway, the pre-sanitising days. I gave up after a couple of pretty poor extract brews. Loved the process, but not the results.

Anyway, I have a Cooper's Bitter kit almost ready to bottle and I'm ready to start again in earnest. Really looking forward to it.
