Spring Cask Series tomorrow night at Kavs. 5 casks, lots of free samples, me attempting to talk through the beers, when one goes its replaced straight away! NOM (8 start :) )
Feat. casks from West Kerry Brewery-Carraig Dubh (I've sampled-its in good nick!) White Gypsy, Marstons, Dancing Duck, Trouble and Derby Brewing (a double mash brown!)
Is the Trouble one the new IPA. Tasted it from the fermenter,(a big cask) ;)and it was to me very much a cask beer rather than a keg one.
It is. Just went on yesterday and it's tasting pretty great actually!
