Hi all! I'm a new member to this forum. I joined Lee Valley Brewing Club in Cork (best Club in the World 8))about a year ago and started to brew with them: I had not previous experience in brewing so it's all about learning for me and I love it!
Happy to join this forum and the NHC.
Oh and guess where I come from? See the picture in my avatar? This character represents a famous beer that was produced in my hometown (actually I lived around 500 mts from the brewery ;D)

There are plenty of fine brewers down South that you can lean on for info. The forum is a pretty good place too.
