Hi,
My name is Lukasz, I'm Polish and I am thinking about moving to Ireland to continue my 6+ years career in craft beer.
I am here mostly to ask if you have any recommendations about craft breweries that could look for a brewer/senior brewer/head brewer. I was working in small (2-20hl per batch) craft breweries in Poland and recently Vietnam. Last 4 years as a headbrewer. I have MSc in Chemical Engineering, Polish driving license cat. B and analytical approach to processes. I like to make beers that are just good and interesting, without trying to squeeze them in some BJCP style-frame.
I would be grateful for any suggestions about where I can find a job or which breweries are especially worth approaching (preferably one shift systems ;) )
