Where are you based?

I moved here 2 months ago, and I am just about getting the shed ready for brewing and fermentation.

Dearth if community action here.

Theres a few brewers about, but its a struggle to get a meetup going. I am looking into getting a date set, see this thread here:
https://www.nationalhomebrewclub.ie/forum/south-eastern-homebrewers/waterford-city-brewers-meetup/
but most of the waterford brewers have odd schedules.

I made a lager recently that terminated at a high FG, used some WHC enzymes to bring it down (hoping it stops soon). Other than that, my brewing is heavily limited by a very active toddler.
