Stephen here. New to the club. Been brewing from a can for a while. But now graduating to all grain. Brewed a lovely ale and an amazing pilsner both of which I was delighted with. Looking forward to being involved in the forum!

Welcome to the forum Ste. Colin here from Garden County Brewers. You've got 2 clubs, ourselves and South Dublin Brewers, both nearby. Why don't you come to one our meets and bring along something you've brewed? They are always a good night and you will learn loads.

Hi Stephen,
Welcome the South Dublin brewersmeet once a month usually the last Thursday of the month in the Three Tun Tavern in Blackrock. I will post the details here about a week before hand. New members are always welcome to come along. We usually bring one bottle per 6-8 members attending. The idea is that people will discuss and constructively critique the beer in terms of process and recipes. Its very much intended to be fun but also imformative. Hope we will see you at the next meet.
