In Dublin, in either Connolly or Heuston. Have never done it, so wouldn't mind giving it a whirl. Early start, maybe 2pm? Nothing fancy, beer wise. Just a couple of pints and a chat about the state of homebrew :)
Whats the parameters around the ticket purchase.
Do you have to be travelling so far?
Can i buy a pint with a valid DART ticket for instance?
Id imagine they will enforce this strictly, given the day.
ps: been through connolly loads of times, didnt know there was a pub.
Will be in Derry. 8-)

If they do that just show them your leap card. "Well lads, I *Might* tag on..." :)
Can you use a leap card to go on intercitty trains?
Im nearly sure the rule around drinking in the trainstation on good friday is you have to be travelling a certain distance.
The furthest a leap card would get you is Maynooth as far as I know.

And one who found it tough getting out bed this morning. ;)
Haha.
Feel free to head to the DCFC social club for drinks beforehand. They have Hilden bottles but are looking into getting O'Hara's in. I should be there myself anyway. Otherwise beer options in Derry are pretty limited.
